Here is the 2009 results:

I just completed the financials for the pony run and the total NET income for the event was $14,200.00!!!
Add to that the $11,250.00 that was raised in cash from sponsors, we made at total of $24,450.00 (gross) for Hospice!! Expenses were a lot more this year due to the band costs, the light and sound costs, the cost of the coins and the trophies. But, all this was necessary due to the fact that this was our dry run for the Nationals in 2010.
Sadly, the band was unable to play due to the weather and the trophies cost a bit more than planned due to a last minute lack of communication by the first trophy company that was contracted to do the trophies."

Total money raised:  $22,000.00 (still some more to come in from food vendors)

Total cars: 315 (once we get the final registration numbers I will give you all an exact count)

Total number of police cars used to stop traffic and escort us up the mountain:   29

Total number of Llamas parked with us at Cradle of Forestry: 6

Total number of Llamas run over by a Mustang: 0

Total number of people attending the show (spectators and participants): 600

Total number of new members: 16

Total number of renewals: 15

Total hours I slept from Saturday night to Sunday morning: 12

Total number of phone calls taken on Friday before the show asking about gas and weather: 100

Total number of hotel rooms canceled due to gas problem: 15

Total number of cars that did not attend due to gas (estimated): 125
