I am very interested in 65-66 Mustangs (well, who isn't, right?) In any case, there is an organization here called "Pick-a-Pony, Build a Bandit" that does restorations (to some degree). I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or has any experience with them?

Outside of that, if one WERE interested in buying a 65-66 coupe, how do you go about it and know what you are getting.

Sorry for the newbie questions.

I would suggest to first read up on the model year you are interested in then when you do find one take it to a mechanic that you can trust and let him look it over from top to bottom, or if they will, the "pick a pony, build a bandit" that you mentioned and have them look at it.
If anyone has anyother ideas please speak up.
