Insider Blog – Pat DiMarco Presents the First Quarter Review
With the first quarter of the NASCAR season closing, Ford Racing's NASCAR program manager Pat DiMarco reviews the Sprint Cup season to date and offers some insight into the near-term plan for continued deployment of the FR9 race engine. An obvious highlight is AJ Allmendinger's pole at last week's race in Phoenix. Ford Racing's Tim Duerr was there to congratulate Allmendinger (right).

Sportsman Spotlight – John Rains
Bonneville veteran John Rains has claimed the title of world's fastest FR500CJ. Recently, at the Mojave Mile, Rains drove this mostly stock Cobra Jet to a standing mile speed of 182.9 mph. If you consider the team took an as-shipped turn-key Ford Racing FR500CJ Drag Car to this event it is pretty impressive. Minor changes included springs, rear end, ignition coils and safety mods. According to the team, there were a lot of Mustangs, Vettes, Vipers, BMW's and Mercedes and they were faster than them all. Ride along with this video.

ENHANCE YOUR RIDE

Ford Racing FR3 Handling Pack
Ford Racing engineers invest hours of track time to take the guesswork out of developing the best all-around handling pack for your Mustang. Various spring rates, dampers and sway bars are tested and the components are matched to perform as a packaged system to provide balanced handling characteristics and a lowered stance.
Our friends at Motorz TV recently put together a terrific video showing a step-by-step installation of an FR3 Handling Pack on a Mustang GT. Check out the video and consider one for your V6, GT or GT500 Mustang today.

Ford Racing Windshield Banner
Show off your Ford Racing pride with a Ford Racing windshield banner. Sized exclusively to fit on the windshield of a 2005 - 2011 Mustang, the die-cut lettering will look great from outside the vehicle and will not interfere with line of vision from inside the car.
