Due to additional planning for an off site event at the Biltmore on Thursday, July the 4th, we were unable to have the registration form for our national show available in Mustang Times for the January issue. We plan on having the registration forms available on our website on January, 31st, 2013 and in Mustang Times for the March issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please note: The event at the Biltmore is scheduled to begin at 5 PM on Thursday, July the 4th. There will be an after hours pony drive through the estate up to the mansion where a professional panoramic photographer will photograph the Mustangs (as a group) in front of the house. If we reach our maximum of preregistered vehicles for this event, we will do 3 photo shoots to accommodate all the Mustangs.
After the photo shoot(s) we will have a special Farm to Table buffet at Deerpark Restaurant on the estate. After dinner, we will proceed as a convoy to Antler Hill Village for dessert at the Biltmore Creamery or drinks at the pub. We are working on an after hours private tour of the winery as well. After dessert bring out your folding chairs for a private fireworks display starting at 9:30pm.
Cost for all this is only $40 per person and we are working on a sponsor to donate some cash to help offset the cost of dinner so stay tuned for the registration form which will have the price listed.
We are limited to less than 100 cars for this off site event at the Biltmore, so if you wish to do this, we urge you to sign up and prepay via the registration form.
If you are planning on arriving July the 4th, please arrive by 4pm as we will be departing the host hotel at 5pm. For those of you who would like to do this event and are not expected to arrive on Thursday, we suggest you call the hotel and change your date of arrival as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

The Sheraton Four Points Hotel is located in the middle of downtown Asheville and is 1.5 miles from the show site at the Crowne Plaza Golf & Tennis Resort.
